I brought my mother into the clinic yesterday and immediately was impressed with the waiting room and front staff that welcomed us inside. The quickly took care of us with a pleasant demeanor and they did not make us fill out tons and tons of repetitive paperwork. JP greeted us in the waiting area and got us in a room. He tested my mothers's hearing and diagnosed quickly and got her a customized hearing aid. For the first time in many, many years she left there being able to hear the wind blowing in the trees. How gratifying that he was able to give such great care and show up for us with such kindness and grace. Definitely 5 star treatment from a 5 star audiologist and personal friend.

John Paul is miracle worker. I had tinnitus that was louder than a public transit bus. He had hearing aids with new technology that just canceled it out. My hearing improved to the point that I can hear what people had for breakfast. …for real. Now, I hear like when I was a teenager. Now, I hear the gossip in the office, even down the hallway and around the corner, or a cat outside the window resting in the bushes not meowing. It's great.

Today I was having issues with my inter ear swollen and painful. I went to Here 2 Hear at Cornerstone in Edinburg and was extremely please. Not only was he able to take care of the swelling I also decided to do an ear test since it had been YEARS and well I was there already. Extremely patient and explained everything so I understood.
